Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests must be made through WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, size preference, or personal choice.
Please carefully check the product details, measurements, colours, and other information before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and, if the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Claims without sufficient photo/video evidence may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Colour preference or minor colour variation
- Size or fitting preference
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling, washing, ironing, or use
- Products altered or damaged by the customer
- Products without sufficient evidence of damage or defect
